Dreadful.... avoid at all costs. You're better off simply leaving your cars in the driveway.
I responded to an ad claiming that I could get a garage door "tune-up" for about $50. I figured that the $50 would likely turn into $100, but the convenience was worth the cost to me. Unfortunately, the $50 turned into $350, and 1 hour after the technician left, the garage door motor failed completely. The technician was over again the following day, and he had the nerve to charge ANOTHER $100 to get the door operating again. Calls to management were not returned.
I'm actually surprised businesses can still operate like this with all of today's online forums and social media. Hopefully the BBB can take some type of action. If you are in need of garage door service, please select another company.
