The cable on my garage door broke, luckily after I had just gotten back from picking up my groceries. I called O"Brien and they came out the next day. My repair guy was Jerred and he was awesome! He respected my isolation and explained my options. He fixed the problem quickly and then took time to explain to me what to watch for and how various things on the door worked. I really appreciated this because I haven't had a door opener before so didn't know what to watch out for and how to do basic maintenance. My over-all experience during this very strange time was exceptional! Jerred was great! I'm thankful I went with O'Brien when I needed an opener and will recommend them to anyone in the future.
