We noticed our garage door closed crookedly at about 7:00 in the evening. Couldn't open it to get our cars out. First place we called wanted $300 just to come out. Called O'Brien and they quoted $75 to come out. Their service truck broke on another job and they called letting us know someone would be out in the next half hour. He got here, fixed whatever broke at a reasonable price. I'm sorry - can't remember his name. He did introduce himself when he got here. I would definitely recommend O'Brien and would use them again!
