Service was prompt, same day, and as forecast.
Although service was very good, the cost was triple of expectations. Multiple adjustments were unable to get the door to close completely without the door automatically reopening. This was not a problem before the needed service. In the end, we settled for a door that opened and closed but left a noticeable gap at the bottom.
