Faced with a dying garage door opener, Glen, the service representative, very kindly explained my options and associated costs - repair or replace with or without O'Brien supplying the new opener. When, for reasons of cost, I chose to purchase a new opener and then have O'Brien install it, Glen showed me where I could purchase the most reasonably priced opener and then wrote the specs out for me, so I'd be sure to purchase the correct opener. Who does that, these days? I am extremely grateful to Glen and am now looking forward to - very soon - having my newly purchase garage door opener installed.
