Our old, wooden garage door broke. I had used O'Brien previously and was very satisfied, so I called them again. Chris came, diagnosed the problem quickly and helped us order a new door. Nick came to install the door a few days after the order was placed and he did an excellent job. He was very thorough, identified an additional problem and fixed it, and got the new door installed and working in short order. Nick was effective and efficient --- a complete professional. I am very pleased with my two experiences with O'Brien.
