Mike was our installer. He was enthusiastic about O'Brien and about his work. Courteous and helpful. Resourceful at problem solving, since our garage is old and presented some challenges. He was very knowledgeable about his work. O'Brien kept us informed about the scheduling, and Mike arrived as promised and completed the work on time. It was a worry free project from our first phone contact to completion. We are more than satisfied with our garage doors.
