Put out recycle and when I shut garage door, the spring fell off. Called O'Briens and really wasn't expecting same day service. They said that someone would be out between 11 and 2. Got a call at 10 and was told technician would be here in 20 minutes!! Nick was the most pleasant and friendly guy. You need to clone him and so do other companies. I asked if my 2002 openers needed replacement. He said - why replace if they are still working!! I have told neighbors,family and friends how honest this company is.
