I just had a simple tuneup of my two garage doors. The service was outstanding with easy appointment scheduling and a courtesy call 45 minutes before the tech showed up. The technician, Brenan, was excellent. He did a thorough inspection and tune up and took a lot of extra time walking me through my system and showing me how to maintain it properly. He clearly knows his garage doors and opener systems. I will call O'Brien and ask fro Brenan if I ever have an issue.
