I cannot under any circumstances recommend O'Brien Garage Doors. They completely missed two appointments, and did not call to notify me that they could not make it. On the second appointment I even called the day before to confirm the appointment, and they said "Oh yes, we have you on the schedule, we'll be there". No one showed up. Then, they had the gall to call me during the appointment window and say that I had never made an appointment. Not a coincidence. They make excuses, and blame the problems on others in the office.

Two times I have taken time off to be at home to get this work done, and twice they have not even showed up.

My sincerest possible recommendation is that you run, do not walk, as far from this company as you can get.
