I called O'Brien mainly to get an estimate on a broken spring. The lady on the phone said he could fix it the same day. I thought I'd give it a try and after a few time changes, (tech was stuck at a previous appointment) he came out and replaced my spring and got my Garage door back up and working much quicker than expected. One cool thing about O'Brien, the shop called me and kept me informed of each delay before the tech came out. I didn't mind the delays since 1) I didn't expect to get my door fixed the same day I called for service, and 2) If he was at my house and was running late, I would hope he did the job right and didn't rush off because he had another appointment.
