Not honest

I called to have one the advertised tune ups and the person on the phone failed to mention that there was also a service call fee. I talked to the office several times and nobody mentioned this. It is very deceiving and dishonest. I would NEVER call on you again! I called and Maureen did not even care... Bad business practice!
