I called in the morning and was told that it would be a 90 dollar charge to come and assess the dryer, but if I decide to have the work done it would be taken off the bill. I was given a bill for 240 after tax for work that took 10 mins and no break down of what I payed for and yes the 90 dollars was not taken off the bill. I could have practically have bought a new dryer. My niece was the one at home while I was at work and felt she was taken advantage of, but did not feel comfortable disputing it with the service man and gave med the bill later after he left. I not recommend this company to anyone.
