Dan the owner is an idiot

I bought a Speedqueen washer and dryer 2 years ago and I am convinced they sold me a used set. In the past 2 years the dryer had to be fixed a total of 5 times and 3 of those repairs have been in the past 6 months. Dan the owner is an idiot. He has the attitude of 30 seconds of 30 feet for the warranty. He was absolutely no help with getting our dryer repaired the right way. When the dryer first had profit was 1 week old. Something was making a loud clicking noise and his answer was ,’so it’s loud, it still works’. We started using Myers Appliance since then and they told me they’ve had a lot of customers come over from J&B because Dan is such a $@!#%. Now Myers said they will help me to try and get a new dryer from Speedqueen. J&B Appliance didn’t even want to order parts to fix it the first time. This is for you Dan ??

We tried to be accommodating over and beyond what we should. Like we always do. You got very upset and started swearing like a sailor at the girl in the office when we told you we had to order the motor. I'm sorry we didn't have it in stock on our trucks. I didn't think it would be a big deal considering you had a 5 year warranty, and the dryer was still operating perfectly fine, but just a tiny bit noisy. Might I add the 5 times (for free) we visited your house the dryer didn't make any abnormal noisy what's so ever. I'm now convinced you simply had buyer remorse and just wanted your money back because Speed Queens are on the higher end of the price scale. After the first time you treated my staff like garbage I should have just cut ties. You were the rudest and most demanding customer I have ever dealt with in my 17 years in the industry. Thank God! 99.99% of our customers are complete opposite of you. I do recall also offering to replace every mechanical component in the dryer (for free) just to try to make you happy. But of course you called me a bleep! And hung up on me. And to make the allegations we sell used equipment as new is ridiculous. I wish some customers would simply realize we don't build the equipment. We a simply a middle man for the manufacturer.
