Horrible customer service

I am leaving this in response to Dans comment about my first review. First of all Dan I never called you a liar when I spoke to you, but now I feel the need to let everyone know that you are a liar. My wife was upset because of your condescending attitude with her on the phone. I had several videos of the dryer making noise which I showed both technicians when they came to service it. The noise happened when we first started the dryer and last no more than 30-45 seconds and then would smooth out and stop making noise. The dryer was only about a week old when this started to occur. The second technician took the dryer apart and spun the blower motor and did tell me he could hear a faint clicking that was probably the cause, so yes the dryer was defective and yes both technicians watched the video I took and heard how loud the noise was. As far as customer service goes, I’m sure anyone reading your response will see what I’m talking about. My wife never told you to not order the part, in fact, I did not speak to you until after you yelled at her on the phone and that’s when I called. You informed her that for an exchange we would have to contact Speedqueen and she said she would do that. You took it upon yourself not to order the part because you told me that if we did get a new dryer you didn’t want to be stuck with the parts for our original dryer. Speedqueen informed us that for an exchange, the dealer, not Speedqueen would have to make that decision. That is lie number 2 from you. It’s hard to believe that you’ve been in business that long treating customers like you do. With your attitude you should be in a back room somewhere washing dishes or licking stamps, not dealing with the public. And by the way, I still have to videos I took when the dryer was making noise about 7 Days after taking delivery. I would be more than happy to show you the videos that I showed both of your technicians and let you hear the noise that you claim never existed.

The bottom line is the dryer got fixed like it was supposed to. And they never once did the customer have any down time. It was slightly noisy. No big deal. And it still has it's 5 year manufacturers warranty. There was no need for the customer and his wife to be so rude. He acted like he built the dryer our self and knowingly sold him faulty equipment.
