Dan, the owner is extremely rude and condescending. I bough a Speedqueen dryer from their store and it failed within the first week. after 2 unsuccessful attempts for his technicians to fix it i asked for a new dryer not even a month into my purchase. This is when he got an attitude and basically started yelling at me over the phone. He definitely has a lot to learn about customer service. Now I'm waiting for a third visit from them to attempt to fix my dryer which I'm sure won't happen since they do not have a clue what the problem is. Horrible customer service but they are waiting with open hands to take your money.

I'm very sorry Mr Luty feels the way he does. After the customer called and told us his dryer was noisy, we immediately sent a technician out that day to diagnose the problem for him. When our technician arrived and inspected the dryer. He found it to be working perfect and no abnormal noise at all. I informed the customer that he has a 5 year complete warranty, and to keep his eye on the dryer and if the noise comes back we will come right back, no charge. So about a week later mr Luty called again, and this time he was noticeably angry. He was upset because we didn't find his problem the first time (mind you, the dryer runs and operates perfectly, and it drys his clothes good.) I informed him we will come out right away and check again free of charge. I had another technician out there with in an hour after he called. and of course, my technician found no noise, and no problem with operation. At this point he was very angry at the technician. and became rude and condescending. so I informed Mr Luty that we will just go ahead and replace the motor, blower, rollers and tension pulley. There is nothing else in the dryer that would cause a noise like he is describing. He said ok. but was even more upset that we did not stock a motor for the dryer. I informed Mr Luty that it is very un common for Speed queen dryer motors to go bad. I looked up our records and the last time we replace one was 15 years ago. I told Mr Luty I will rush order it and I will pay for the extra shipping. He agreed, but Mrs Luty called our office a few hours after that. And That is where I became very offended. She talked to me like I was a 5 year old. Was extremely condescending to our whole company, and demanded a new dryer. And I simply told her, we can not give her a new dryer. Speed queen would not pay for it. So she cancelled the repair, and said she was going to call speed queen herself. Need less to say when Mr Luty called me again a week later and wanted to know where his part was. I informed him that his wife cancelled the job. He called me a lair, and insisted we come fix the machine. So we did the very next day. I have not heard from them since. Besides the nasty review. I don't know how I could have provided better service. Especially because his dryer was operating perfectly. And Nobody from our company ever heard the "noise" he was talking about.
