My first experience with J&B was several years ago when my washing machine broke and I started going down the yellow pages calling repair shops. J & B came out the same day and fixed the problem immediately. I have had them out multiple times for different appliances and when I finally decided it was time for a new washer and dryer I knew I would buy from them. Bought the appliances on Friday and they were delivered on Monday. Mike and Steve were very professional and took time to go over how to operate the machines. I will check with J & B first for any future appliance purchases.
