After multiple unpleasant experiences with appliance purchases at the big box stores we finally decided to try J and B and we are very happy we did. Jennifer was great with getting what we wanted ordered efficiently. I was stunned when install happened as soon as the dishwasher was available...we didn't have to wait weeks to get on "the schedule". Delivery and installation went very well and Dan and Alex were great. We will be back for the next appliance we need to replace!
