We had a metal roof installed by State Roofing in 2010. However, by Thanksgiving of 2016, we noticed leaks in the ceiling in several areas throughout the house. State Roofing came out, inspected the areas, and initially determined that the issues were primarily condensation-based. So, we had a contractor come out and install additional vents to allow more outside air to alleviate the situation. However, the leaks still persisted. Throughout this time, State made spot repairs on the roof, covered it with tarp, and did due diligence. After it was determined that we still had a problem, State Roofing worked with the manufacturer and ended up replacing our entire roof with a new and better product at no cost to us (other than repairs to the ceiling made by the leaks). They made numerous visits to our home, made numerous inspections inside and out, and did a thoroughly professional job. We still have snow guards to be installed, but both my wife and I are extremely impressed with the care, friendliness, and service of State Roofing. We are so happy we went with them.
