I was scheduled for a tune up on Friday 9/4/15 but was called at the last minute and informed that I would need to reschedule. I became concerned and checked the BBB website and decided to cancel but was convinced after researching on the internet to give them a second chance.

My service technician Ramon showed up on time on Saturday 9/5/15 and was very professional and gave me a complete explanation of the work he would be doing as well as the cost and showed me where the problems existed.

Ramon is a definite asset to this company and I would highly recommend requesting him if you decide to use O'Brien.
