When our door broke, we called early the next morning and they sent Thomas right away. There was a part he didn’t have with him, so he said he would pick it up, swing by his next job, and then be back. He got hung up on that job longer than expected, but as promised, he still came back even though it wasn’t until about 6:30pm and stayed until about 9:00pm to finish the job.

The next morning I went out to the garage, and was surprised at how much sunlight was coming through the garage door on the one side. There was a big gap on the side, large enough for rain and rodents to easily get in. It hadn’t been noticed before he left because it was dark when he finished. I called and they offered to send Thomas back out to take a look. When he came, he saw the saw the gap now with the sun out. He fixed it and made it right for no additional charge!

We were very happy with Thomas. He came back and finished the job that day even though it was very late and had been a long day for him. Even came back again to make sure the job was done right!
