James, we apologize for any frustration you may have had with our company. However, we worked very hard from beginning to finish to accommodate you the best we possibly could. You had special order doors, and we made sure to have them ordered and picked up in Illinois in order to assure you got them as quickly as possible, as no vendors in the area would have them quickly for us or for any other garage door company. We also came in the lowest on pricing compared to your other bids. We apologize for the inconvenience of the installer not having the openers the first day. That was a mistake on our part because we picked the doors up at a special location for you and we get our openers from another place. When we were finishing the install, you expressed that you would like vinyl trim around the doors. We normally charge 100 per door for the type of trim you were asking for. When you called in and were frustrated that it was not included, we, again, were going to go lower on price for you in order to price match any competitor. Our rep asked if you would mind sending over a copy of the competitor's quote with the vinyl trim included (we did not have the quote before because we did not ask for it and went off of your word with the price they gave instead.) Your response to her at this time was "aint gonna happen" and then you stated that all you actually had from the other company was a business card with their name and number on it and a final price and no details of the doors or what was to be included. At this point, we offered to cut the price of the trim in half to ensure your satisfaction and work with you, and you told our installer you would opt out at that time. Upon completion of the install, our installer was under the impression that you were satisfied with the install. Upon receiving this review, we have tried to reach out to you by phone multiple times and left messages in order to try and resolve this with you, but have not gotten a response. We kindly ask that you reconsider your one star rating as we tried very hard to make this experience a wonderful one for you and completed your install professionally, and proudly stand behind our work.
