I had a broken door spring. When I called, the Customer Service Rep was very pleasant and helpful in scheduling for service. The service tech was on time as promised. The Tech not only replaced the spring, but thoroughly checked over and adjusted my garage door and inspected my whole garage door opener system at no extra charge, this was more then I expected. The Tech was very friendly and explained everything he was checking. The best part, the tech lived in my neighborhood, just 2 blocks from me and told me to contact him with any problems.
