Service was amazing from start to finish. When I called early yesterday morning and explained the problem with one door of our two-door garage, the young woman on the phone was very helpful and quite efficient. She offered same day service and gave me a two-hour window for technician to arrive (10-12 am). I was thrilled to have such a quick response! Shortly afterward, I received a call from the dispatcher narrowing the time of technician's arrival even further (11 am). Grant arrived on schedule and after examining the door, explained every aspect of the repair thoroughly and offered additional options of a preventative nature when we expressed concerns about the other garage door. I am not at all mechanically inclined, but his explanations were clear and understandable. He answered questions patiently and competently, gave us prices upfront, and after he completed repairs even programmed the built-in garage door remote in car for me (no charge, just a courtesy)! He also told me how to program my car remote to open the entrance gate to our gated community! Grant dropped the service charge fee and gave us an additional $50 discount. We were pleased with service, the price and the warranties that came with the repairs. If we ever have problems of this nature again, we won't hesitate to call O'Brien and will ask for Grant!
