The technician was knowledgeable and efficient once he arrived on site. Unfortunately, the appointment was scheduled for 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. and I had to call O'Brien at 6:00 to find out what was going on because I did not receive an update. Finally received a call from the automated recording at 6:49 p.m. and then a call from O'Brien at 7:38 p.m. telling me that the technician was at the entrance to the subdivision but couldn't get in because the gates were closed. Install was finally completed at almost 9:00 p.m.
