The technician was prompt, thoroughly knowledgable and quick with his work. While I was not prepared to spend quite as much as I did Jason explained the process and the need for the spring and roller replacement to my satisfaction.
I was somewhat put off by the young lady who answered the phone when I called to have a technician come out. She seemed more interested in getting my e-mail, mobile fone number and any other contact information she could before she confirmed that a technician could come out. A little softer sell on the initial contact would be in order.
