If you want to be treated with disrespect...
“Would you call a contractor to fix a light fixture?” This was the exact question that was asked of me when we called to have the new motor we had put in by O’Brien looked at because the light had already stopped working. This comment came from them believing it was just the lightbulb. I was told they don’t put in light bulbs (insert sarcastic comment here). Funny, they were the ones that put the OLD light bulb from the OLD motor in the first place. The customer service representative was rude and was quick to throw out that her conversations are recorded when told she was rude. The second she got on the phone, she started with a defensive attitude instead of trying to rectify the situation. Getting back to the comment, yes, if he/she was a good contractor and cared about their customer and not just the final payment they would come, look at the fixture or light bulb and help. Clearly that is all O’Brien cares about.
