I scheduled an appointment with O'Brien garage door for an estimate. I specifically asked if they will be on time and the person who scheduled the appointment assured me that the technician will be on time, he even moved my appointment for an early hour, so we can avoid any delays or other issues. On the day nobody showed up, and when I called to find out what is going on, I was told that the technician will be late and I have to either cancel or reschedule. If you are no going to be on time, you should inform your costumers, so they can make other arraignments. Even if you do a good job, you should not have a terrible customer service.
