After a cable snapped at 8 pm on Friday night, I called o'Brien and they were able to schedule a technician the next morning between 7-9 am! Perfect! The 30-minute confirmation call was appreciated, and Justin was excellent. He was so courteous, knowledgeable, and an ideal person. He didn't push services on us that we didn't need. And the price was very fair! I too will be a customer of life, as long as all your workers are as superb as Justin!
