Ramone came out and fixed our broken spring in a very timely manner. He was courteous and polite and knowledgeable. He also inspected our other door and suggested a few things that we should do. I did not notice until he left that the door was slightly off the ground so I called to have him return to adjust it for me. The office said he would be back later that day but I when I called the next day they said they would get him back again and that they would be sure to call 30 min ahead to give me a heads up so I would be there. They never called. By then end of the day I figured they had forgot about me and I looked up the instructions online and made the adjustments myself. I was impressed with what I had done - haha - but a little upset to be stood up twice. Just then my door bell rang and it was Ramone back to help me out. I told him that I was able to fix it myself and that his office personal dropped the ball by not calling. I felt bad that he made a trip out here for nothing ! He did ask if he could check the door to make sure it all ok. After verifying it was all in working order he went on his way. Sorry about that Ramone.
