There’s so many great things to say about this company that I’ll limit this great review to just a couple.
Let me say the customer service is excellent. I felt as if I was family instead of a customer. To me, that meant a great deal. When it came to the actual service, the gentleman was thorough and articulate. He made every effort to ensure I was completely satisfied and i was. I was so satisfied with this entire company that I’ve decided to get rid of my not-so-old opener that has been nothing but trouble and have O’Brien Garage Doors install a new one based upon their recommendation. Thank you for keeping the customer first and foremost!
