Friendly and excellent service

The technician Ken showed up within 10 minutes of my phone call alert. He was very friendly, explained the repairs needed within minutes of checking out the garage door, and was finished with the repair in less than 10 minutes. The door works better now than it did when it was first installed. He is a great representative for O’Brien as well as a really really nice person. O’Brien should be proud to have him as part of their team. I will refer them to all in the future.
