The main and only spring to our garage broke on Saturday afternoon. I call the service around 4:00 PM and they scheduled an appointment between 5: and 7: the same day. I received a call at 4:50 that the tech was on they way an would arrive in about 30 minutes. Tim knocked on the door at 5:20. he saw the issue and suggested a two spring system so if one did break the garage door opener would not have to work as hard to lift the door. they he explained the were three different options available for warranty. I selected the Lifetime. Time was finished with the job in about an hour. Very pleased with Time and the service provided.
