Called O'Brien on a Wednesday morning to schedule a tune up for garage doors and needed a Saturday morning service call--no problem getting an 8:00AM to 10:00AM appointment. Received a phone call at 7:40AM Saturday confirming technician was on his way. Tim arrived promptly at 8:00AM and assessed current door openers, rails, etc. He explained options and associated costs. He and I discussed best options and make decision by 8:15. Tim did a great job with door and rail tune up and installation of new openers! Would highly recommend O'Brien to friends and neighbors--ask for Tim!
