This company wasted my time and money. Do Not Call

When I placed my service call I know what was wrong. I needed two new logic boards. I informed the service department of the model number, the problem and the solution. But when the repair person arrived he has no thing to fix my doors. He didn't even have the model number. To make matters worst, he came with his school age child.

We were not provided the information you stated and have a recording of the call to prove it. We asked you to remove the review since it was not an accurate representation of the situation and recapped how our representative had explained to you that we were a Liftmaster dealer and could get parts for you but that the technician would fully assess the issue and we would then make a plan of action. Because Liftmaster carries over 70 different circuit boards we do not carry everything on our truck, but we would have brought back to you the correct board the following day.

In our removal request, we added in regards to the child that we are a family-owned and operated company and that the technician’s eleven year old son occasionally rides with him to learn but is always professional. He sincerely apologized for it upsetting you and lastly, stated how we hoped we could move forward with you to solve your garage door issue and prevent future issues from occurring, but you declined our request and posted what we consider to be unfair.
