My garage was "walking" when it went up or down and was dragging on the front frame of the garage. This caused the gears to be stripped and it would not raise ot lower the garage door. I called 3 vendors, Fox (very high quote), and Obrien gave me a quote over the phone, Percision Garage doors came out for onsite quote. The Precision sales person said i needed new springs, pulleys, rollers, safety cables etc.(some with "lifetime"warrantees).....I told him I was sellling the house and just wanted the garage door fixed to raise and lower. He then proceeded to tell me what was wrong with the other garage door, which was working fine. When all was said and done, I could see $$ in his eyes, and I asked him to leave without giving me a written quote or taking his card. (His quote was over $1500 plus tax)

Obrien technition was just the opposite, told me I did not need new springs, replaced only parts that were required,
(rollers and cables), fixed the interference with the door frame all for $720 .....including tax. The garage door works perfectly and I am very pleased with the price, the repair and the professional attitude of the technition. I woild highly recdommend them to anyone replqcing a garage door opener.
