I have had two transactions with the company. I expected them to improve the quality of service from the new owners and Sadly the results were still very disappointing and disheartening. I was misled by the staff that I had been approved and the next step was a visit to the site for finalizing. I instead; like the previous experience was asked to provide a 4k down payment to be approved. I learned from the previous experience that I would take a loss in providing that amount and refinancing would be nearly impossible, so returning in the same predicament would guarantee them a return vulnerable Customer who they could take advantage of in order to make a sale.
