The salesman had an easy-going attitude and seemed trustworthy. There was no high pressure sale, and we felt able to negotiate a fair price. They were timely and always got back to us quickly and were able to happily address our questions and concerns. I would also say they are very responsible because there were a couple tiny issues that we noticed after purchasing and taking possession of the vehicle, but we contacted JustBetterCars.com, and they fixed the issues with no problem. We would definitely consider doing business with JustBetterCars.com again in the future.
