I used Navis Pack & Ship to send a number of family heirlooms from Colorado to California. I told them ahead of time that these were valuable and fragile items, I also got them insured with the company. Other than one piece, everything went exceeding well and arrived on time. The piece that went missing was not immediately reported missing by Navis. I had to call around and investigate where it went. It was revealed to me that the piece was broken and now sitting in a warehouse. They did send me a check to reimburse me for the broken pottery. I appreciated their honesty and their openness to work with me but I was disappointed that I had to instigate the investigation. Given my entire experience, I do think I would use them again.
