This was my first time using Dolhin Carpet. I needed to have carpet replaced in one room. It was a very small room that rarely gets used, so I was looking for something relatively inexpensive. I also needed it to match a neighboring room as closely as possible, and the gentleman in the store did a very good job helping me to find what I needed. I did find the rice to be a little high, but nevertheless, I went through with the transaction.
It was told to me in advance that the installers would come in and out as quickly as possible. The carpet being removed was carpet that had flooded, so I was concerned mold was underneath the carpet, perhaps on the padding itself, and maybe that mold had extended to the wooden baseboards.
I had hoped that I would be given a couple of minutes to quickly clean that up or spray it with some sort of a disinfectant. At one point, there was a little bit of a conflict because I needed to clean up what was there, but once I got out of the way and let them do their job, they did a good job with the installation of the carpet, and they did a pretty good cleanup afterward.
