The salesman Avi from the Fort Lauderdale store was a shyster, and I would never use them again. The installer did a good job. The salesperson promised me things that were not delivered upon installation. He never called me back. They put carpet down in the master bedroom. Now it is time to do the guest bedroom, and I refuse to do business with him. I called the store in Pompano Beach, and they are very nice and professional. The Fort Lauderdale store made me wait 4 weeks to get the carpet installed, and I had to pay everything up front. The Pompano Beach store only required a deposit, and then you pay the balance. Mike at Pompano Beach was great, and it will only take five days to get carpet. They use the same installers. I would not recommend the store in Fort Lauderdale.
