“From the minute my wife & I walked in to DOLPHIN CARPET & TILE, Coral Springs store we were met with a warm welcome. Michael ‘Mike’ Dubin, Store Manager introduced himself and asked how he can help us today. ‘Mike’ was very professional, listened to our requests, and understood our needs to have 2 rooms fitted with luxury vinyl flooring. Mike took us to the sample area and explained the differences in pricing. My wife brought a copy of our room layout with the measurements. Mike made it very easy for us to make our decision, no pressure, just a real honest down to earth person. We worked out the details and we agreed to move forward… Mike came to our home a few days later, with actual floor samples, he went over the measurements and we agreed to the terms… On June 16 the floor installers called right on time, Paulo and Yuri worked all day getting the Master bedroom, hallway, 2 closets, a bathroom along with three quarters of the front bedroom done by 5:30 pm. They were both friendly, courteous, very helpful and they said they would be back at 8am tomorrow to complete the work. June 17 as promised 8am Paulo and Yuri arrived and finished the work by 11:30 am! My wife and I are so pleased with how well everything went, even the clean up was excellent!! Superb job!!
