I am a property manager, and I called Dolphin Carpet and Tile to install laminate flooring in one of the properties. However, when the installation crew arrived, they discovered that the floors were too wobbly for laminate. The sub-flooring would have to be replaced first. Rick, with Dolphin Carpet and Tile, was very helpful and accommodating. He allowed us to change over to carpet, and then refunded us the price difference! Their proactive customer service was very much appreciated! They did a great job for us, and Rick was a pleasure to work with!
