Overall, I was pretty satisfied with the service that I received from Charles Wood & Son Moving, Inc. since this was my first time using the company. They dropped off some of my items and I thought that the employees were very friendly. I would probably use them again, but I'm not sure. The only room for improvement that I would like to add is that I think they could be a little more careful. A lot of my items got damage during the service.
