I called 6 glass companies in town. They were the first that came up in a google search. Brian from Lowcountry Glass and Shower was the 4th call I made and there was a difference. I did my bathroom renovation myself and had a few questions. Every other company seemed to have no time to answer what took 2 calls and 10 minutes worth of questions. The stock response was "call us when you're done." Brian took the time to explain the best angles and pointed me to his website for a picture of a similar shower to one I was constructing. That customer service made me feel better that I was doing it right the first time and ultimately earned Lowcountry Glass and Shower my business. I would also add that Brian offered (which I accepted) to order the glass and hold it while I finished as much of my bathroom renovation as possible. I was well motivated because my wife was pregnant but things took longer than expected...surprise. That said I finished during the 37th week, called Brian on a Monday, and he installed the glass in less than 3 hours on Wednesday. Still he held the glass in inventory which was an expense to him. Another example of great customer service.
