I have always felt that Mr. Cobb of the Pine Country Insurance Agency takes a personal interest in his clients. He makes me feel like he is working for me, and I'm not just another name on his list. He doesn't just sell you the policy and forgets about you. I guess that's the bonus of working with a hometown agency.

I have mostly dealt with Mr. Cobb over the phone, via emails, and on occasion, we meet in person. What I have enjoyed is that whenever I have any questions and he's not able to get to a phone, he will call me right back to find out what I need.

Another thing I appreciate is when he looks through the policies of other companies in order to get me the best policy and coverage at the least expensive cost. If I get into a fender bender, even though I'm supposed to go straight to the insurance agency, I still call him to let him know, and he'll talk with me about what I need and what he can do for me.

On one occasion, I was in an accident in Seattle. At first, it appeared that there was a deductible for the incident, but Mr. Cobb reached out to the insurance company and explained that there wasn't a deductible. I am not sure many other insurance agents would do that or take that extra mile.

It's been about fifteen years or so since I started using Pine Country Insurance. I trust Mr. Cobb. He knows his stuff. He knows insurance. He will look closely at policies for you. He will return your calls and answer your questions without snowing anything. I would recommend him.
