Our carpets look, feel, and smell brand new again. I was a little worried that on our appointment day there was a terrible storm and the outside would be brought inside. Nope! The crew was very exact in covering all our other surfaces with drop cloths and protection. Our carpet was only 2 years old but they had gotten out a few stubborn stains perfectly. The crew was very prompt and professional. It's been 2 weeks and I can still smell freshness when I walk into the room.
