We contracted with Jasper Roofing in Jacksonville to have our roof done - the salesperson that we dealt with was wonderful (although no longer with the company) - extremely professional, and to be honest with you the only reason that we chose Jasper over the multitude of other salespeople that knocked on our door. The job was done quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, since that time - we have had no less than 15 Jasper sales representatives knock on our door and ask if they could talk to us about putting a roof on our house. Each time I have told them that they already did our roof - and was there not a way for their corporate office to keep record of the homes that they had serviced to avoid this continuing to happen. Each time the salesperson has apologized and told me that they would communicate back to their office. Until the next time the doorbell rings. A couple of weeks ago, I contacted the local office and asked to speak to a manager - and was told there was no manager in the office. I left a message for someone to return my call. I received no call back. Today I called and asked to speak to a manager. I was told that the manager was out. I asked if they would be back and was told no she was out sick. I gave my phone number and asked to be called back. It went downhill from there. Let's just say that the office staff is not as professional and friendly as the sales staff. It is unknown whether or not I will receive a call back. What I do know is that it is unfortunate that this company has chosen to place so little attention on anything BUT the sale. What could have been a great reference for referrals is now an upset customer.
