I called them to ask if they could rotate and balance my tires (bought from them) and they said they could get it done if I dropped off my vehicle and picked it up at closing time (5pm). I arrived with the vehicle in less than 10 minutes from the time of the call and was promptly told that there was no way they could do my vehicle today!! When I told them that I called ahead and was told to bring it in, I was basically called a liar. The guy standing next to her sounded exactly like the guy I spoke with on the phone, but I didn't bother starting a useless confrontation. On top of this, I inconvenienced my neighbor and had him follow me up here to receive this sorry excuse for customer service.
