Horrible service / loose tire lugs
Took my vehicle to Frank’s tire in Lexington for a oil change and tire rotation. I had made a 11am appointment and still took 3 hours. Once complete i checked my lugs on all tires and found a couple loose lugs so had to have them tighted my lugs in the parking lot before I left.
NO APOLOGIES for there error.
DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE. Worst experience ever.
